If you have something to speak over the phone, PLEASE say it straight away. Don't 吞吞吐吐 and never make a noise when I picked up the phone as if I am so free to answer your call. It will make me feel damn pekchek, especially when my HP is on low battery and I need my mobile to complete some important admin stuff.
